Follow the action: Greenpeace Canada forest campaigner helps shut down Indonesian climate destroyer

You have sent more than 200,000 emails to Nestlé, urging them to remove palm oil produced at the expense of Indonesia's rainforests from their supply chain. They haven’t. So last week, Greenpeace “dropped in” to Nestlé’s annual shareholder meeting in. In Canada, Greenpeace volunteers hit the streets the day before in Toronto and Vancouver.

Steps taken to rid shelves of Redlist fish

Redlist fish out of supermarkets!

Greenpeace’s campaign to convince Canada’s supermarket chains to remove Redlist fish from their shelves is having some success. Just ahead of the release of our next ranking report, retailers are focusing on more than just removing Redlist species. Some are finalizing drafts seafood policies while others work on full implementation of existing policies.
