Thank you Greenpeace supporters and cyberactivsts! Together, we have achieved a historic success. As of March 31st 2009, an area half the size of Switzerland in the Great Bear Rainforest is protected from logging. And there’s much more. Find out the details in this thank you letter to you from Greenpeace forest campaigners Stephanie Goodwin and Eduardo Sousa.

Exploring Kleenex

Exploring Kleenex

Recently, Greenpeace USA released the Greenpeace Recycled Tissue and Toilet Paper Guide and the story travelled the globe in The New York Times, The Guardian, The International Herald Tribune, and hundreds of other media outlets. One of the questions we were asked time and again was: "Do my tissue and toilet paper purchases really make a difference?" The answer is YES, but don't take our word for it. Watch this video to find out what’s in your box of Kleenex.

Getting to know you

Green tips

Look out for our first ever Green Tips reader’s survey, arriving in your inbox in the next few days. Green Tips readers, we've been together for awhile now and, let's face it, things have changed. At first, we supplied you with easy-to-use, seasonal household green tips each month. Then, slowly, we started introducing more political content. We explored what US President Barack Obama might mean for Canada's energy policy. We asked if technology can really take on climate change. At this stage in our relationship, we’d like to know what you want from us. Hope you can respond to our survey-coming soon.
